My girlfriend and I are looking to rent a townhome in Rock Hill. So far weve narrowed it down to Olde Towne off Herlong. Constitution Blvd Townhomes and Brambleton right by Constitution. All around the $700-$750 price we want.
Can anybody give me feedback on these three communities?
I'm not familiar with Olde Town off Herlong. Where exactly is it? There is an Olde Town off Mt. Gallant Rd.
What are you looking for?
Conveniences? Shorter Commute? I would go with the one who has a Community Manager that keeps the common areas clean and in order.
Do they have someone who picks up the trash on the property? Do they have a "doggie station?" If not, there could be dog doodie everywhere.
Is there an extra fee to use facilities, such as a pool?
If you have kids, check to see how far you will have to drive to their school from these properties.
Yes, Olde Towne off Mt. Gallant. My mistake.
No kids. We were just looking for a somewhat newly build townhome thats clean and has atleast 2 rooms for $700-$750. Pool would be nice but not necessary. Olde Towne has one, the other two places we like do not.
Brambleton is so small and quiet. Where as Constitution is more kids from what I can tell. But Constitution has Washer/Dryer which is great.
Its pretty much down to feedback between these places. That will help us decide.
