Air conditioning and heater system - Lake Wylie, SC area (Rock Hill: home, maintenance)

Can someone recommend a good service in the Lake Wylie, SC area for air conditioning and heater system maintanace? ie They come out 1x or 2xs a year and clean the system and also cover repairs during the contract? I had a place that did it a few years back and I can't find them now.

Somewhat related to this - does anyone know a good HVAC company to install a new a/c and heater? I am in Rock Hill

So far I am looking at Melton, Adkins, Browns, and Panther. Just curious if anyone knew of a good one I am missing

We used Lighthouse to do our A/C unit and coil and have been happy. Their prices were very reasonable.
