I attended the Rock Hill Jazz event this past summer and had a wonderful time. I am new to the area, and I spoke with someone who suggested dancing on weekends at the (I think) VFW club in Rock hill, sc
I did not write thei information down, but she said that folks come on the weekends to have a good dinner and to dance. She said "get there early on Sundays" because folks come for good dinner and then dance the night away!
I have been searching all over the place to find out the details I neglected to write down. So I thought that someone on this board might know what she was talking about and how to learn more.
It is possible she did not say VFW, but it was that type of organization that she mentioned. Could be another one. Any ideas?
snorkelsandy, I don't know if you are still around or not ... the VFW has beginner line dancing lessons on Wednesday nights 7:00 - 8:00 PM and some other kind of dancing following that at 8:00 - 9:00 PM. They don't have the Saturday night event anymore.
