Anyone know of any good restaurants that serve Thanksgiving dinner besides Cracker Barrell? Nothing against them, I am sure the food is great, but I expect there to be HUGE lines there no matter the time of day. We would love a place that takes reservations although it might be too late for that.

Something not too far from Fort Mill/Rock Hill.

I would check all the places in the Ballantyne area. There are so many restaurants there that a couple have to be open.

LOL I did that before and somebody was real mean typing to me. I always look at the dates of the post now before responding.

Perhaps groove will show up again someday.

MMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmm! mmm! mmmmmMMM! We did Ballantyne Resort three or four years in a row (for Easter, too!) - it is AWESOME! Very nice! The food is amazing and they usually have someone playing piano while you eat. Last year we did Maggiano's at South Park Mall. I know what you're thinking - that's Italian, right? It was awesome as well. Not only did they serve up some Italian favorites, but they had the traditional Thanksgiving fare as well. It is served family style and you get 2 pastas, turkey or ham, sides, dessert (choice of 2 or 3) - we brought home three bags of food (and there's only three of us). I would do Maggiano's again anytime!

I second Maggianos!!! Food and service were awesome the past 2 years on Thanksgiving. They actually serve real turkey, not turkey breast like most.

The Ballantyne Resort IMO was not a good value for the $$. Even to go out in an extravagant nature over $60.00 for a buffet was not worth it.
