I'd be a little skeptical of claims Walmart will build on 21. Don't forget, they also plan a store in Indian Land, 2 additional stores in RH, and a store in LW. But I agree, 1 Walmart is enough for FM/TC right now.

I don't know about 2 more in Rock Hill ... I know about one more in Rock Hill ... the zoning has been approved at the corner of Hwy 161 and Miller's Pond Road in Newport. Construction was approved to front on Miller's Pond Rd not Hwy 161. This again is maybe 10 miles from the York Walmart and however many miles from the Walmart at Galleria. |
