Sub divisions in FM
My family is possibly relocating to the area and I have found a few of the sub divisions here on the forum but if someone could list them all for me I would appreciate it. We are in up-state NY now and we have 3 children so school is important and I see that FM has excellent school. I would like to know more about the area so please if any one can help me. Thanks

Try this agent's seach page. If you select Fort Mill, you can then select the various neighborhoods in York County. It tells you which city each is in.

If you are considering moving to Tega Cay,invest in a radar detector, they have an overstaffed and overzealous police force....but they should have their hands full with all of the future crime coming to the newly annexed portion of Hwy. 160 that will house the new Wal-Mart.

Hi- I found my neighborhood to be great for families with kids ( we have four) there are houses avaiable in your price range and a very low HOA dues- one of the big selling points for us. We live in White Grove and love it, my neighbors are great. When we were looking I found the web site for Allen Tate realtors great to search by neighborhood. I did not use them as my realtor so I can't comment on that but for searching try Allen Tate Family of Companies and put in WHite Grove and others mentioned in this thread.

I recommend Knightsbridge as well - it's close to I-77 for commuting purposes, and is a great subdivision with a nice selection of homes.
