Employees from ESP Associates, a surveying firm out of Charlotte, were staking out some of the property adjoining the county recycling on Jim Wilson Road today (02/23/2012).

It is my understanding that the property adjoining the recycling center (on the left) is owned by Lennar Homes.

It is highly doubtful... However, I am sure you have noticed that a Publix supermarket is going in down the road from Sun City and a new Lennar Homes community off of Jim Wilson Road. There was speculation about a Target being built on the property that Cornerstone was going to develop but I have not heard anything set in stone yet.

Confirmed that Target is on an indefinite hold in Indian Land. They will re-evaluate the area in 2013
