I'll be working in Ft. Mill so that won't be an issue for me but my husband will be in Charlotte off 85, so we would like to be somewhat convenient to 77.
We have to sell ours first as well, but have a realtor (haven't listed just yet). We are looking online at the moment and then when we do sell, we'll want to move fast. I want to keep an eye on the neighborhoods that we like so we can jump once we sell and make an offer quickly on one that we like. Keeping our fingers crossed! I don't want to move twice.
Does anyone know anything about Legacy Park in Indian Land? There are a lot of homes for sell there, but I don't know if that is a good or bad indicator.
