Depends on what you want done, but Donnie Bradley is a good guy--he does a bunch of different stuff, little stupid stuff that you can't get others to come do. You can make a "honey-do" list, call him up and he'll come by and give you a quote on all of it. He also does paint, drywall repair and tile work. You can reach him at 803-396-0886.
