Default Upcoming Fesitvals and Other Events in 2008
It is getting that time of year when there's all kinds of Festivals and Other Events coming up. Not sure if this happens to you..but there will be something that we want to go see, or go do...and we will inadvertently forget about it...and end up missing it.

I will be adding some fesitvals/events that are fast approaching..that I have either been to previously, or have heard about, or read about...and I hope all you others out there will share as well.

Starting this evening Fort Mill High School is presenting: HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL!!

High School Musical” is coming to town! The Fort Mill High School choral department presents its own version of the fab show at 7 p.m. Thursday to March 15 and 17 to 18 and 3 p.m. March 16 at the school auditorium. Tickets, $10 adults and $5 students, are available at the door or online at Fort Mill Chorus Children’s party packages are available on Saturday and Sunday.

Andrew Jackson State Park Birthday Bash

The event will include traditional crafters and reenactors, firing demonstrations by Revolutionary War reenactors, dulcimer music and foods of the past from the Historical Cooking Guild of the Catawba Valley. Lenten fish fry at St. Anne Catholic in Rock Hill, SC

The Knights of Columbus Lenten fish fry will be 4-7 p.m. Friday in the Fr. William Pentis Family Life Center at St. Anne Catholic Church. Takeout orders available. Proceeds benefit the charities supported by the Knights of Columbus.Also, St. Anne's will be open during the day for prayer and spiritual renewal for Lent. Confessions will also be heard Wednesday; seven priests will hear confessions in English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Portuguese.

Default Easter Egg Hunt ~ Tega Cay ~ Saturday 3/22
Once again Tega Cay is having their annual Lions' Easter Egg Hunt.

This year's hunt will be this Saturday at 10 a.m. at Runde Field.

Try to get there a little early as not to miss out on the 2,400 eggs that have been prepared.

The children will be divided by age groups, from infants up to age 10.

The Easter Bunny will be there too so make sure you bring your camera!
