baxter HOA fees
Hi,
I just purchased a new townhome in baxter (pulte). Just curious if someone could give me a breakdown of what the fees are for the HOA and amenities. I am not sure if the fees are the same for the single family homes as they are for the townhomes.
Any info is greatly appreciated!

If you are a homeowner, then log into the Baxter website 'front porches' and click on the Community Association. There is a link for the budgets...

I have not closed on my townhouse yet. The closing is at the end of april, so I do not have access to the baxter website yet.
If you know of any other sources, I would appreciate it.

You will be higher than the single family. The town homes have separate budgets for landscaping and yard maintenance. I think that the town homes pay a monthy fee in addition to the HOA...
