Yes, I can.

Amberwood, and Meadowview are considered part of the LakeShore development within Tega Cay (which sits off of Lake Wylie).

Okay so I already happen to know you are looking for a safe area (Tega Cay is very safe...we happen to have our own police department)...and I also know schools are not important to you (but if they were.....you'd be in luck as they are very good schools as well).

There is a link I will DM you...it is a video of the area.

Not sure what other questions you may have...but feel free to ask away.

So how close is tega cay to lake wylie? Is tega Cay considered it's own town? How are the property taxes? Which of the two subdivisions I mentioned would you say is nicer?

Tega Cay is a city that sits off of Lake Wylie (here are a few links you may find helpful)

http://www.tegacayrec.com/files/Area_Map.jpg (for a closer view...just click anywhere on the map)

History

http://www.yorkcountygov.com/assessor/How%20to%20Estimate%20Real%20Estate%20Taxes.pdf (broken link)
(if you are planning on living in your home full-time you would use the owner-occupied rate of 4%).

As far as which one is nicer...I really think that would just depend on which one appeals to you more.

Not sure if you have had a chance to check this out yet....but there is even more information available in regard to Tega Cay that you can bring up using the Search feature on this site.

City of Tega Cay

Hope that helps some.
