Hello,
We are interested in some lots in Heron Cove. Of course, I'm interested to know your opinions about the Heron Cove subdivision but I also want to wrap my head around how it works to purchase a lot. I would like to select a lot and then start building a house NEXT year (or possibly 2 years from now). Does it make sense to buy a lot now? Do I put a deposit down on the lot? What kind of down payment is required for purchasing land? Are there typical requirements on how soon I have to build? Thanks!
