I think the name of the place that bmd69 is speaking about is called:

Palmetto Landscaping
1933 Mount Gallant Rd
Rock Hill, SC 29732
Phone: (803) 327-2323

We have used them in the past (if you have a truck..it's a great deal)....but we have since gone back to pine needles.

You are correct, Thanks.
Why does everyone use needles? Their ugly! Just my two cents

You are welcome!

The reason we switched back to pine needles was for two reasons

#1: termites (mulch can attract termites...so we figure no sense making the house that much more attractive to the little buggers)

#2: rain (I swear when we would get the torrential downpours (rain) we would walk outside after the fact...and a good part of our mulch had been washed out into our street)

There is a place on 160 in Fort Mill/Tega Cay area - out past the Harris Teeter, on the right heading toward Tega Cay Walmart. Can't remember the name, but we used them twice to get loads of topsoil and they were excellent. Fair price, came the next day and dumped it exactly where we wanted it. They also deliver mulch.
I can NOT recommend Henson's. We waited all day on an order from them one time, and they called about 5 PM and said their "truck broke down" and they couldn't make it. They did not offer to re-schedule, etc.
