Default Indoor Swimming Pool In York?Lancaster Co.?
Is there a public or private indoor swimming pool anywhere in the area? I currently attend water therapy classes in a year-round pool and would like to continue doing so after I move. Thanks for any info!

Default Excersise swimming pool's
Leroy Springs Recreational Facility has a couple locations with indoor/outdoor excersise pools. Their website show's whats available at each location.

Leroy Springs Fort Mill Recreational Facilities

And there's also the YMCA with various locations...not all of their locations have pool's avaiable.

Leroy Springs is an older, but nicely renovated, center. The open swims are usually in the avening and from about 1-5 on Sat and Sunday.

Leroy Springs has Aquacize every morning at 9AM. Lap swiming begins each morning at 5:30. There is an indoor pool (and complete gym/weight/exercise facilities) on the campus of USC-Lancaster (a state supported jr college), in Lancaster which is open to the public. They have Aquacize Mon., Wed., Friday mornings at 8.
