Regent Park area is very nice and Baden Village is NOT in Regent Park so they are referring to the wrong HOA. The HOA is putting a new playground in by the tennis courts and pool area to make it more accomodating. The Fort Mill schools are very very good also!

and before the club house was built i told them that it would be too small for all 4 or 5 neighborhoods. and yet they still stood by their marks and now they are saying that the pool is going to be limited to the amount of people on a daily basics.

Like several others have said, Baden is not part of Regent Park, it is Emerald Lakes. Emerald Lakes expands from Farmhouse Rd. up through Regent Pkwy to Harrisburgh Rd. Most of it is still in the beginning contruction phase and will include more custom homes estate homes. I also live in Baden and our HOA is Kuester Properties. You can always address them directly with your concerns. Also, regarding the pool and the pool being limited, I have not heard that and I am on the pool committee and the contact person for that committee. We are always looking for people to join our committee as well, so if you have concerns or questions or would like to join us, please feel free to contact Rita our community manager and she will point you in the direction of us.

To bad that has absolutely nothing to do with what the poster was complaining about. He was upset about the HOA which includes Baden, Balmoral, Everbrook, Regal Manor, and the neighborhood of custum built homes accross from the pool and clubhouse. We all have the same HOA and share the same amenities. Try reading the post next time.

I read the posts and it seems like the poster was just looking for trouble. Going around taking pictures of everyone and whining about everything is a little overkill if you ask me.
Just enjoy your square feet....

Ha! Sorry I haven't been on in a while - the day after I closed on my townhouse we came down to Florida to visit my father. Nope - you an rest assured, we're NOT opening a nail salon or great clips! That's kinda funny actually....lol
We're opening a sound company for the whole charlotte - rock hill area. but I don't want to get in trouble with the forum which is why I didn't get into too much detail about it.
I think we did the right thing buying smaller regardless of whether we opened a business or not. I feel pretty good about the decision. Who knows what will happen in 5 years from now - maybe we'll end up in Tega Cay or maybe I'll be in SW Florida (where I am now - although I can't imagine being THAT close to my father's wife every day of my life...lol)

Does anyone know if it is a definite that Coulston Enterprises plans to demolish The Upper Room as so many have stated? Of all buildings out there, it certainly would be a shame to lose that one. I just don't understand what the motivation would be to take it down when there is so much other vacant property available for development. Looks like someone would have a use for this building. I mean its not often that you see a building modeled after the real Upper Room in Jerusalem. It would be heartbreaking to see it torn down.
