The St Francis Animal Rescue Center is a unique, no-kill, cage-free shelter for homeless cats in the northern part of South Carolina. The One Dollar, One Shelter, One Month Campaign would like to raise funds and donations to help cover expensive veterinary bills, make necessary repairs to the shelter building, and fill the center's spay/neuter assistance fund to help the community.
