I bought in well ridge and there are only two others who have bought. Their inventory homes are priced 15K below the cost of the equivalent personalized model.

Default scenic home
I have a scenic home and live in Sandy Point, Ft. Mill. I have had no problems with my home. In fact I have had many homes in the past and I would compare the Scenic Home to a Centex Home. The Scenic Home has been my favorite so far. It has a good floor plan and has lots of windows for light. Good insulation and windows. Easy to clean windows. I also love the Sany Point Community. Best neighborhood I've lived in. I'm also not a home grown from the south but the sandy point neighborhood has a great mixture. Everyone has their privacy but yet everyone comes to help like family.
