new home
My husband wants to buy in Belair of Carolina Lakes. Pulte is the builder and they are offering great incentives. Does anyone have any comments about this builder or the subdivision? The rates seem competive with what I've been getting when shopping around.

I live in the Glen section and love it!! nothing bad to say...I have not met one un-friendly person....Everyone on my street (and behind it) is super nice!
The above said....as with ANY builder...have a home inspector inspect your home!! My dh and I did pre/post/and final...If you are buying a spec home...just make sure the inspector you get is very thorough...  (as an aside....ones concern should be more about who the contractor is for the subdivision....The one in Belair does not seem to be to bad)
