Wondering if someone could tell me what the rules were during the past year at the local schools Fort Mill/rock hill etc.? Were masks required? Were kids allowed to do test and stay or were they quarantined, etc.? Did their learning get disrupted frequently?

Thank you!

Masks optional and most chose not to wear. If your child was vaccinated no disruption as didn’t have to quarantine unless actually had it. Not sure what the unvax did. Was fairly normal with things like field trips
Coming back towards end of year.

I’m not saying if I agree or not, but it was pretty life as normal especially in high school.

Thank you. Curious if unvaxxed kids were treated differently? Anyone know?

Since masks were optional, there likely was no way to know who was vaxxed and who wasn't. Some vaxxed kids still wore masks, not all unmasked kids were masked.
