The other night I drove to downtown RH, after an absence of five or so years; I was floored by the development that's going on there.

Where does everyone see this going? How will downtown development affect nearby Boyd Hill?

Even the Cherry Rd corridor, in and around Winthrop, is thriving.

My hats' off to those in Rock Hill government who attracted investors into the area.

What parts of the area are gentrifying?
