Anyone live in Heron Harbor? Who built the houses? Any pluses or minuses? Any info gratefully appreciated!

There are a number of Heron Harbor subdivisions, such as ones in Cornelius and Tega Cay. More info would help get a response to your question.

I happen to live by Heron Harbor in TC (does that count?)

Heron Harbor sits towards the front of Tega Cay. The homes within Heron Harbor were/are custom built homes (it does not happen to be part of the Lakeshore development within Tega Cay). You will find homes of all ages within Heron Harbor (but I don't think any are older than 15 years old). The lots average around a 1/4 of an acre. There is no HOA. Loads of kids.
