Default I'm looking for a boat ramp at Lake Wylie

I was hoping there was someplace near the tega cay/Ft. Mill area that had a boat ramp and maybe a beach or picnic area where I could put my jet skis in and everyone could take turns riding them.

Thanks

I see from your previous post that you are located in Indian Land, SC...unfortunately the closest place for a public boat ramp on Lake Wylie that includes a beach and/or picnic area would be:
Ebenezer Park located in Rock Hill, SC, or Copperhead Island in the S/W Charlotte area.

:: Ebenezer Park ::

Copperhead Island

As far as what other boat ramps are in Fort Mill/Tega Cay or Lake Wylie, SC areas are:

Nivens Creek Landing but not much there other than a couple of nice ramps and a parking lot (Nivens Creek Landing).

In Tega Cay there are a few places but they are not public. For example you can launch your boat at the Tega Cay Marina but you can not park your vehicle there (a parking permit is required).
Marinas on Lake Wylie : Tega Cay, Lake Club, and Commodore Yacht Club

There is also a boat ramp in Lake Wylie, SC at Buster Boyd Bridge but again not much else around.

I don't think you are going to have much luck finding a ramp with a public beach next to it, but I have always put in at Nivens Creek and the landing at Buster Boyd Bridge. Nivens is in a cove and the landing has a nice dock. If you were to go on a slow day (weekdays during the summer), you could allow people to stay on the dock and pick them up to give them rides. The bridge landing has a ton more dock space for this, but it is not in a cove.

Also, when the water is low, the sandbar just down the lake from the bridge often turns into a beach of sorts. Even when the water is not low, the average depth around the area is about 3' and it makes for a great place to anchor out and take turns riding the jet ski. There is usually a gathering of boats with people hanging out, laying out, kids playing, etc. Also, on weekends, there is a hot dog stand boat out there!
