We choose clover meadows and are very excited!! Thank you to all again. As far as amenities I dont'think either have really much of anything. We just liked clover meadows better. Can't wait.

We just moved to Clover Meadows this summer. My 2 kids are in the Clover School District. I think their school is excellent. The only 'amenity' in this community is a kids playground. When we first moved here, I was told that they might be building a pool, but after attending my first HOA meeting, I know for sure that it's not true. They say our HOA fees are too low to afford a pool. Other than that, I am very happy here. Good luck!

I Live in Clover Meadows and I love it. No real amenities other than a really small playground but that keeps home owners fees really low! CP Morgan has gone out of buissness but I hear True Homes is also builds very nice houses.

I looked at both developments before we bought elsewhere.
Dump and bigger dump.

I get daily emails for houses for sale and there have been a lot for sale in Clover Meadows, Almost all of them foreclosures, I would stay away, high foreclosures is never good for a neighborhood.

I live in Oaks at Clover, and my father and cousin both work for True Homes. It's my understanding that CP Morgan no longer builds in any of those subdivions, True Homes is and always has been the only builder in Oaks at Clover, and they now build in the old CP Morgan subdivions as well.
If it's not too late, you should consider building with True Homes, they offer more standards within their home prices than CP Morgan, and have a higher standard of building. Not saying the CP Morgan houses aren't nice, just passing on some industry insider info.
As far as amenities, there are none in Oaks at Clover, a nice play ground for the kids, but that's it...sadly! Having said that though, I LOVE living in Oaks at Clover, I LOVE living in Clover, and True Homes built me an amazing home, I'm very very pleased with them as a builder!!
Good luck with your search!
