Default dominion bridge, knightsbridge, walden park?

hello all, i am a 28 year old single male who is looking for a home in the area. i am looking to spend in the range of $220-$280 (max), sq ft, roughly 2000-2500. ive been reading a great deal about these neighborhoods but with all this information, i can be a bit overwhelming. ANY information in which way to go would be great. Oh, i work off of johnston rd/521. thanks in advance!

I drove through Knightsbridge when I was down in May. I thought the houses were too close together and they had that cookie-cutter look. I didn't see the other 2, which I regret, b/c I was concentrating on older developments with more resales. Good luck!

I live in Knightsbridge and love it. However, with your work destination, the neighborhoods you listed probably aren't your best choice. Take a look at Whitegrove. I really liked that neighborhood (more than Knightsbridge) but it wouldn't work for my commute. It is on the east side of Fort Mill and I think it would work better for your commute.

Good luck.

Just curious if you are considering the Ballantyne/Blakeney area? When I think of those areas I think of families. Or are you thinking of buying now for the future?

We love Knightsbridge, but I'm not sure it would be my first choice without kids. I'd probably prefer Blakeney or Ballantyne.

Good luck!

Default re; Walden PArk

Does anyone know the fencing and pet restrictions in Walden Park? I emailed them quite some time ago and never heard back. Thanks in advance!

I see full privacy fences there with dogs in the back... Looks like most of the fencing is wood 5 feet...
I drive by there daily... Hope this helps.
