Default Gnat problem

Hi,

We just moved in to our townhome in baxter village this week. The first night we were here, we opened the back door to let the dog out. After we let the dog back in, I happened to look up at the ceiling and noticed a swarm of gnats on the ceiling. I chose to get up on a step stool and vacuum them up, which worked quite well. Unfortunately, every time we open our door at night (even with the lights out) we get gnats in the house. Does anyone have advice on this or know of any products that are useful for this problem?

Thanks

They are coming from the the ponds... I get a face full every time I ride my bike through there... Very tasty... You might want to check Lowes... Maybe something like a fly trap???

Default Gnat Problem

We are moving to the area as soon as this house sells. Is this gnat problem everywhere or just by ponds? How about by the lake?

We live on Mills lane, about 2 drivers and a chip away and no problems over here... I think that it is coming from the old ponds in front of the town homes...
