New Homes - Tega Cay, Fort Mill, Gold Hill Rd (Charleston: budget, work)

Hi Friends,
Need your advice !! Can some one tell me If there are any new homes available in the Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Gold Hill Rd (as close to the NC border towards Down Town Charlotte). I am looking for a Single Family home within a range of $180K - $220K. I loved the place however my price range & budget restrict me.

Can anyone advice on any homes in the area ?

Single Family will be tough... Jones Branch in FM might work...

I don't know how big of a house you are looking for, Spicewood has their smallest one called Casey .around 2500sq ft at 218k it includes lots of upgrades like granite countertops, SS appliances, so basically if you dont get picky u can get a new house for that. They only have a few lots left.

We live in Dominion Bridge. It's a Ryan neighborhood. There are about 13 lots left. Single family, 3-5 BR, bonus rooms, sunrooms, etc. There are some nice features included, depending on the plan you pick, and I think you could get something in your price range. It's a Fort Mill address, but it's off of Doby's Bridge road, and fairly close to Ballantyne. It's in York county, so if you have children, they would go to the Fort Mill schools, if that's important to you.

If you're willing to check out resales...then that opens up quite a few more possibilites for you in the area you stated. But if you only want new/single home/within 180/220K...I can't offer you anymore than what's already been stated on here (sorry).

Now there does happen to be some new homes just off of Gold Hill Rd and Hwy 160 that are within your price range called Falcon Ridge (by Eastwood Homes) but it is just across the NC stateline in Charlotte, NC

Are you absolutely married to Gold Hill Road/160, or do you just want to be close to south Charlotte/485/77? That would likely be of assistance to some of us, as there are some neighborhoods that are pretty close, but not right on Gold Hill.
