I have been reading and trying to get a pretty good idea of what the home property tax will be on an assessed tax value property of around $300K in the Fort Mill area off of Doby's Bridge road (ie: White Grove neighborhood)?

Thx, fastlife

We're renting-to-own a home and the property taxes are $582 a year...It's a 6BR house in Rock Hill if that gives you an idea. I am moving from MD where people are paying 10x that for the same size house.

Whitegrove I think is in town limits, so it may be more.

Thanks again for the replies. I still can't seem to figure out how to get $1600 a year from $300K value.

Thx, fastlife
