Title Companies and Insurance Providers
I had no luck finding current information on this forum regarding good/inexpensive title companies to close a real estate purchase in the Lancaster Co. Fort Mill area. Anyone had a good/bad experience or want to recommend a company? Also, I am in need of quotes for home owners insurance and have noticed that every site I visit for a quote says I must call the agent for that area. What's the deal here?? Would someone mind recommending a good insurance company that will insure a house in Lancaster County?
