Hey there nichole123 - I am a former Californian now living in Tega Cay, SC (Fort Mill area) for 3 years now.
Apartments in Fort Mill are not plentiful...in fact currently there are just 2 that I am aware of (Palmetto Place Apartments - off Hwy 160 and Gold Hill Rd) and (Peachtree Apartments - off Hyw 160 and 21). There will soon be a new apartment complex off Hwy 160 - next to the Waterstone development but it is still just in the framing stage.

You might also check for local realty companies are property management as they will sometimes have homes and townhomes for rent.

Relocating to SC
no apartments in Fort Mill, that is not good. I work for Wells Fargo and we have an office in Fort Mill so that's why I was thinking about moving there, and the fact that I hear the schools are really good down there. Can you tell me about any surrounding city's that might have 3 bedrooms?
