Moving to SC soon..near Lake Wylie/Tega Cay...any ideas of good subdivisions???

Yes, Tega Cay is a great community. Lakeshore is the newer housing development 2004-2008, with many housing options. You can walk to parks, baseball fields, beach and pool club, tennis courts, basketball.
Great for families.

Tega Cay is part of the excellent Fort Mill School district.

Off the top of my head, I would recommend the Reserve, Waterstone, Knightsbridge and Baxter in Fort Mill. I know Fort Mill best having lived there my whole life, but I do know that Tega Cay has nice houses on the lake if that is preferrable for you.
