Hello Fort Mill!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok we are looking to relocate to Fort Mill. Can someone tell me about some good subdivisions? We are a young couple and plan on having a family soon. We want to spend $250,000 or less on a home. We selected Fort Mill because of the school system. Any help would be great! Thanks.

My personal favorites after spending a year searching are:
Knightsbridge (all families)
Tega Cay (mix of families and older)
Regent Park

Whitegrove, one who's name I'm blocking on - it's behind Old Orchard, closer to the interstate. Small neighborhood but attractive.

So when you say Tega Cay, is that a name of a subdivision or the town? I don't want to get them confused if there is a difference. Thanks!

Tega Cay is a town --Fort Mill sort of "blends into" Tega Cay. Both are very nice!

Thank you
Thanks for clarifying that for me. I knew Tega Cay was a town, but didn't know if there was a subdivision named that as well.

Waterstone will have some nice homes in your price range. There are some smaller communities off of 21 that are cute too but are not 'Master Planned', don't discount those! Get a good Realtor who lives and works in Fort Mill so you don't miss anything!

Check out the Whitley Mills Sub community, in Fort Mill. A few houses are up for sale, about three or so..., family community and a new elementary school is opening up in the fall 2009, right up the road. Price range is well within your budget.
