Help with apartment hunting in Rock Hill (apartments, university)

I have landed a position with Winthrop University so my wife, dog, and I will be moving to Rock Hill in July.

We are looking for a 2 bdrm, dog-friendly apt, hopefully no more than ~650-700$/mo. in a decent part of town where we do not have to deal with loud and/or partying students.

My daughter and her husband (who also works with Winthrop!) lived in some apts. in Rock Hill when they first married, 4 years ago. They allowed pets, were in your price range, and were in a nice part of town. They were called Forest Oaks. You can find them on apartments. com. There was a pool and a small workout room if I remember. They were nice at the time, but things may have changed in 4 years. They were off of Heckle Blvd. and it seems like it was in a nice residential area.
