Question Homes in Ft. Mill & Tega Cay areas
I'm a first-time home buyer looking for a home under $200K in areas near Baxter Village (willing to go at least 10-15 mins away from Baxter). Does anyone have suggestions of communities to check out around here? I'm considering new construction as well. Thanks!

Check out Ryan Homes. They have a few communities nearby that start under $200K.
