Lake Front Dining in Lake Wylie/Tega Cay area??
I was wondering if people could recommend good, reasonably priced water-front dining in the Lake Wylie/Tega Cay area. I believe people have told me T-Bones is nice for drinks outside, but not so good for food....? Any opinion on T-Bones? Any suggestions for better places?

TBones is the only lake front dining in the Lake Wylie - Tega Cay area. I agree that it is a good place to have drinks on the deck, but I would dine elsewhere.

Food is over priced and not very good. The deck is ok but nothing to rave about

Wow... I can't tell you HOW MANY people have told me T-Bones isn't very good. Their deck looked quite busy the other day when I drove by, but I'm not sure I'm willing to try it myself. It's a shame that no one else has opened up a good restaurant on the lake.
Is there a reason there are no other restaurants? ie... there were, but they all failed and went out of business? Or zoning laws? Or something else I haven't thought of? Just curious.

The cost to establish one would be prohibitive due to the price (or availability) of the land. It is hard enough to get a new dock permit for private property at this time. Can you imagine the hoops a new restaurant would have to jump through with all the governmental and environmental regulations in place.

I agree with everyone else . . the food is GARBAGE. The deck is ok if you would like to grab a drink but it is usually packed!

Wow, that really sucks. A friend(never ate their) drove me by the place and we both thought it would be a nice place to eat. If the food sucks, what's the use? Thanks for the heads up!
