I don't know much about the school, the old Castle Heights was the pits. The new school is located across the road from Rock Hill High. It's a nice new building at least, the old Castle Heights was a former elementary school. My children attended Rawlinson Road and Northwestern High.
My grandson will be attending Castle Heights in the fall. He graduated from Independence Elementary and this will be his first year at Castle Heights. They have attended two orientations. They do have a dress code and it is enforced. Today we went to Belks to purchase the mandatory clothes for this middle school. If you have a child attending Castle Heights, Belks has the required colors/materials on sale this weekend at 50% off.

I just hope all goes well for our grandson at Castle Heights as we were very pleased with Rawlinson Road. As the lines are drawn now when he graduates from Castle Heights, he won't be going across the street to Rock Hill High but will be attending South Pointe High that seems strange to me.
