Well I never heard about any of them at all, neither did I ever feel unsafe living there in the past, and I don't now.

It could possibly be that some of those occurrences happened in the other phase, as the complex has two.

I've been here a week now and I really like the place. This apartment is nicer than my own house was back in PA.

I lived in Sheraden and in Squirrel Hill.
