Moving to fort mill>>>help!!!
We are moving from Florida to Fort Mill in a few weeks. Which school is better Fort Mill High or Nations Ford? What is the best Middle School? Also...what golf neighborhoods are the best with homes in the 4 to 500,000 range?

All Fort Mill Schools are good. Nation Ford is too new to have reliable statistics. I don't know of neighborhoods in FM that have golf courses inside them. Your price range will get you a home at The Reserve, Baxter, Serenity Point for starters.

Doesn't Firethorne have a golf course? Part of it is in Lancaster Co.

There is a big golf course in Tega Cay which is next to Fort Mill on the lake. I think they are part of the Fort Mill school district, but not sure. Tega Cay is expensive, though.

^^^^ I was about to say Springfield. Nice pool area, golf course, and the houses are really cool. If I could have come even close to affording it, I probably would have looked a little more closely over there.

I would definitely recommend directing your inquiries to a realtor. It make the home buying experience so much easier when you can tell someone exactly what you are looking for. We used Chip Fisher with Richard Tocado Real Estate (803-431-1220) for our last move and had a wonderful experience! I would recommend him to anyone!

I second Regent Park. Several subdivision inside Regent Park and each subdivision seems to be at a different price point (one for town homes, smaller homes, average sized homes, and larger homes).
