Default home inspector
I am looking for a home in Rock Hill and want to hire my own home inspector to check out the one I choose. I feel better having someone not affiliated with my potential mortgage company since they are looking out for the company's interests more than mine.

Can anyone recommend a Home Inspector in the Rock Hill area???

Yo. the inspector from the loan company will do a good job because its in your interest and theirs NOT to buy a home in need of repairs etc. The inspectors that the real estate agents are the ones to beware of because they dont want to find something wrong that would make the agent miss the sale.
