There are lots of great neighborhoods in the Rock Hill area. If you move slightly outside of the city boundaries your taxes will be less but you wont get services such as trash pickup, etc. My neighbors attend St. Annes and I it is about a 10 minute drive for them. Check out our neighborhood at
