Hi- This is an old thread but I would like to reply to you. I made the trip from Massachusetts- was very excited to see this land. The only thing that wasn't sent to me via email was the locations and various pricing of the land. The piece of property selling for 29,900 was next to the pool and septic field- no thanks. The waterfront properties were well over 100,000. This is very misleading, and a huge waste of my time and money to have made the trip down there. If I had seen the lot info sheet BEFORE paying for airfare, hotel, etc, I would not have made the trip. I just received another email today- I guess you can't get rid of the plots, huh? Too bad- if you had been upfront with me, I would have had a totally different view of Catawba Estates....
