I watched a shouting match between multiple staff and a parent because they told the mom her boy was not to be outside unsupervised. While the shouting match was going on, they were showing a unit to a prospective tenant.
They were targeting boys, because boys will be boys (especially tween and teenage). Parents of boys will understand that statement, the management of Bromley Village does not.
I believe they made that policy to legitimately censure certain individuals, but instead they may be facing an legal troubles. I don't know if the State Housing Board needs to be contacted or the SC Attorney General Office. The SC Bar Association says to call a lawyer.
