Default Bromley VIllage

Does anyone have any reviews about Bromley Village on gold hill rd? I am moving down there from NJ in a few weeks and considering that place to rent for a year.

Ok, caveat - I live near the complex but have never been in it!

1. It is brand new and looks nice driving by.
2. Convenient location, right by the I-77 on/off ramps
3. Located in a nice area in York County, outside Fort Mill and Tega Cay city limits.
4. Looks like there is some difficulty in the mornings with residents getting out of the complex onto Gold Hill Rd due to the traffic backup - most use turn left lane to "merge" if going to I-77.
5. It is located behind a gas station and a car dealership.
6. It is very close to interstate - noise may be a consideration?
7. It is in a very good school area - Pleasant Knoll Elementary, Springfield Middle, Fort Mill High.

Hope some of this helps.

I agree with the above. Just about any subdivision in Fort Mill is nice.

My wife has been living at Bromley Village since it opened in June. I just joined her and I must say it is pretty quiet here. If you have the windows open or are outside then you do hear the people being paged from the car dealership. But when the windows are closed, I don't hear anything.

They don't have much for garages, but there is plenty of parking.

It is brand new, which means everything is new and clean. The traffic can be difficult, but if you travel through the adjoining parking lot, you have a stop light to get you to I-77.

They are still building on the property and the completed buildings are filling up fast. I really like being close to Charlotte without living in Charlotte.

It is a quick drive to the grocery store or for a quick bite to eat.

They have a pool, workout room, and a private big screen theater room. Laundry on site and w/d hookups in every apartment.

The staff is great and there are special events with free food and goodies all the time.

Stop and check it out. Tell them the people from South Dakota recommended it. -- They also reward residents who bring in new tenants.
