Has anyone heard the rumor that there is going to be a new development on the Fort Mill side of the Catawba River? A friend was talking about it the other day and this was the first I have heard. Where is it going to be. I heard it would be a lot like Baxter, but on the Catawba River.

There is a new one planned for rock hill...river walk. on the old celenese site. across fom home depot and pet smart.

Yeah the project is expected to bring 4,000 jobs to Rock Hill. There will be a park and many retail stores. The project is expected to be finished by 2025
