swimming in Rock Hill (YMCA, live in, pricing)

We are moving this summer to Rock Hill but the development does not have a pool. My kids love to swim.
Are there public pool in/around Rock Hill.

From the Charlotte posts, I am getting that Carowinds is quite expensive.
What does a season family pass typically cost?
