Default Sun City pricing

Does anyone know if prices have changed in the past year? If so roughly what percentage + or -? Thanx

Yes prices have come down somewhat, but standard features have also changed dramatically.

There are opportunities there for negotiating on the buy side in there -- but know that Sun City, while sales have slowed, has not been as affected as other market segments. Their potential buyer is less affected on the selling side than many others, because they are (usually) in a better equity position on the selling side.

Yes. And the interesting stat I read was that something like half of the folks buying in Sun City bring cash and buy outright So I'd say the area must be pretty stable and doing well
