planning on moving to ft mill clover area (Fort Mill, Tega Cay: house, neighborhoods)

My husband and I are coming to Ft. Mill the wkend of the 2nd to look for a house. We have 4 kids (10,7,4,1). We are looking for a house in the 130's - 160's. We want a kid friendly neighborhood. We are looking in Ft mill, Tega cay or Clover area. My husbands job is in Ft Mill. Please give me some advice on neighborhoods to look at.

Somehow I overlooked your post/thread?

While you can find homes within your price range...it is becoming harder and harder to do so. All three are great areas, with good schools and also very family friendly. Of the 3 areas you mention (Fort Mill - Tega Cay - Clover) your monies will go farther in Clover. You are not going to find much in your price range in Tega Cay...and just FYI...what/and if you do find something it will be the older (original) homes within Tega Cay. Just a few of the subdivisons you might check in Fort Mill are Waterstone, Fieldstone, or Foxwood (older homes/larger lots).
