Inside the store, everything seems nice--people, service, and all are reasonable, and the food is very tasty.
However, we often use the drive through, and three times that I asked for a gallon of rootbeer, the service was borderline disastrous. The first time or two a long time ago that I asked for a gallon of rootbeer, everything was great. However, out of the last three times, the first time I was told they were out of containers, and the second and third time they said they were out of caps and instead tried topping off two half gallon containers with a piece of cellophane and a rubber band for each, and then these were put into two plastic bags so that if they spilled, which they did, they would spill into the bags rather than into the car. It was better than not getting anything at all which happened the first time, but the rootbeer did spill into the bag a little.
The other thing that bothered me was that the last two times I went through the drive-through, the wait was exceptional. Last time I believe it took about 20 to 25 minutes to take care of the order of the car in front of me. And the time before, there are several cars in front of me, each of which took long enough that I ended up calling my wife and father to let them know what the hold up was so they would not have to worry.
So, overall, the food is very good, and the rootbeer is the best. But, I would hope to see gallon jugs and tops available and to see the line move through quickly as it does for McDonalds and most other places.
