Description: This south county, full-service hospital is a 340-bed acute care center and is home to one of only three trauma centers in all of Orange County. In addition to its regional trauma status, Mission Hospital also provides 24-hour emergency care and houses a heart center with cardiac rehabilitation, a maternity ward with special care for high-risk pregnancy patients, and a breast center that offers state-of-the-art care. It’s part of the St. Joseph Health System family, which includes Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). CHOC has a satellite facility on the top floor of the hospital’s patient tower.

Description: Established in 2002 in south Orange County by former dancers, ArtForm Studio offers everything from private instruction to group classes with many options in between within a state-of-the-art facility. Group classes are more flexible, allowing participants to pay as they go without making any long-term commitments. The candlelight Pilates/yoga fusion class is extremely popular with an added element of relaxation.
