Description: When more than 12,000 folks decide to have dinner at the same place, you know the food must be good. Join the crowd at this annual Hellenic festival for a few traditional favorites—moussaka, souvlaki, pastitsio, gyros, baked chicken, and rice pilaf—and enjoy the live entertainment. Stop at the plaka, or marketplace, which sells everything from artwork and fine jewelry to Greek provisions such as filo, orzo, olives, and cheeses. Admission and parking are free.
